Returns

It is easy to return and exchange your items.

Create your return via our return portal here: Return or Exchange

If you want a refund for an item, the return shipping costs EUR 7,90 in Denmark, which you pay yourself when ordering a return label, whereas it is free to exchange for another size or item. You can also choose to receive store credit in the form of a gift card, which you can use to shop with us again at a later date.

You can either print the return label at home or obtain a QR code that the parcel shop can use to print the label for you.

Always remember to get a receipt when you drop off your parcel.

30-day return policy

At REDGREEN, you always have a 30-day return policy, and you can exchange items within the same period. Exchanges must be registered via our Return Portal.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or item, you must create a return in our system, where you select the products you want.

We exchange for both different sizes and different items. So you don't need to place a new order to get a different colour or item.

Please note: Exchanges can only be made if the item is in stock!

Please note

We will only accept your return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

1 - The returned items appear to be new.

2 - The returned items are correctly packaged.

3 - The items have not been exposed to perfume, make-up or smoke.

4 - Hang tags or labels have not been removed or damaged.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers, and you have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 30 days of the day on which you or another person of your choice, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the item.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we are unable to deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the date on which you or another person designated by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.


You cancel by notifying us that you wish to cancel. Notification of cancellation should be sent by email to info@redgreen.dk. You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.


You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the goods or by failing to collect them without at the same time notifying us that you wish to cancel.


The right of cancellation is complied with if you submit an unambiguous notification that you wish to cancel the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.

Testing the item and packaging

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you would in a shop, but you may not use them. You must therefore not cut off price tags, labels and the like. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted or possible in a shop, and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the depreciation from the amount you are to be refunded. If the goods no longer have any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.

You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at info@redgreen.dk with your order number and photos of the item in question.

We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to complaints or defects. However, this requires that the package is sent through our returns portal and that you have first contacted us to have the complaint approved.

If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the situation. Remember to complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect.

Refund

In 99% of cases, the refund will be available the next day, but depending on your bank, it can sometimes take up to 2-3 working days after we have received your parcel. The money will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the item. If you paid with MobilePay, the amount will be refunded to the card linked to your MobilePay account.

Complaints

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@redgreen.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Nævnenes Hus complaints portal.

To be eligible to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 790. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

If you are resident in Denmark and have traded with a seller outside Denmark but within the EU, Norway, Iceland or the United Kingdom, you can complain to Consumer Europe here

If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in that country.

Liability

We reserve the right to invoke force majeure.
